Day 2

HELLO!

I started off the morning with a small workout at the "gym", and as I was raining sweat, it was literally pouring rain in Hong Kong at 7am bright and early.

My sissy and I being pretty
TOAST BOX: poached eggs & Malaysian coffee
We grabbed a small 'pre-breakfast' at the hotel before heading to the downstairs mall "POPCORN", my dad really wanted to try this Malaysian style'd breakfast cafe called TOAST BOX, so we did. The coffee was super yummy, and the food was good (though I was too full from "pre-breakfast" already to try everything)... We got the thick toast (regular / peanut butter), spicy dried shrimp in buns, and 3 orders of poached eggs :)

There's one important fact that you guys should know (esp. those who tend to start the day early / are planning to go to HK)... Pretty much the day doesn't start for the mall until 11pm (usually at the shop's discretion). So don't expect to do anything until noon time... Which was what I did (aka, go back to the hotel and nap because we were done breakfast at 930... argh.)

Raining sweat from biking hehe - the death seat on the bus - lunch at Maxim's Cafe - staring fish lined up at (for) dinner.

Nothing special today really, just hit up UNIQLO (my go-to clothing store in HK) and SASA (my go-to make up store *Also, seeing the confused faces on sales associates when I gave them my UBC card for the student discount... priceless. I mean, please, it's not that weird.). Napped again before dinner afterwards, and headed to dinner with my porpor and that side of the family. We got dessert (mango sweet soup, grass jelly, red bean etc etc) take out to go, since my sister and her husband had to do the tea ceremony with the elders at my porpor's house.

*Due to high demand of the dessert I didn't have time to take pictures of the sweets, BUT I did take pictures of my aunt's cat LOL*
Clearly this cat is not having any of it.

Busy day tomorrow! :)
My sister and her husband's Thanksgiving Mass and small family gathering/dinner for post celebration!
See ya'll soon.
